Our team members and partners are encouraged to stay home if they have flu-like symptoms; a fever, cough, or feel sick. We’ll practice good hygiene and personal space, and we encourage you to do the same.

Our model homes and discovery centers are open, and we welcome your appointment to visit us. You can schedule to take a myTime home tour. Or, you can explore our website and tour all the great communities and home products we offer across North America from the comfort of your own home.

Customer experience locations and home warranty visits are now accessible by appointment only.

Customer care appointments are also currently available by appointment.
We will have few questions about your health and travel history at the time of your appointment to ensure the best timing of our visit, and we will be happy to continue to meet your needs.

We’ve raised our cleaning standards with the wellness of us all in mind.
All our model homes, sales centers, construction sites, trailers and offices are cleaned and disinfected.
It goes without saying, we’ll do everything we can to keep our communities and people safe. Because of this, we have made the decision to forgo large gatherings and, rather use virtual methods to help you discover the new communities we’re opening soon.

We will do everything in our power to avoid any delays, however, we anticipate that we will experience some interruption to our regular operation. Whatever the case, know that you’ll be part of the dialogue and we will figure things out, together.
