The City of Ontario is getting ready for its Annual 5K Reindeer Run and Rudolph’s Dash Fun Run on Saturday, December 17! All proceeds from this race will be donated to the Ontario-Montclair Promise Scholars, an award-winning program designed to assist Ontario-Montclair youth by helping them prepare for their journey towards a college education, and the Recreation & Community Services Empowerment Scholarship. At a dynamic community and media event, Brookfield Residential and City of Ontario recently unveiled the grand opening of Rodeo X food hall and Brew Haven tap house plus sweeping, lifestyle-enhancing technology innovations and services for the residents of Ontario and the New Haven masterplan community. The breakthroughs include the first authorized test drone service for a major U.S. city, robot carts for residents, plus e-scooters, smart hubs and more. These tech advancements – the result of long-term investment by the City and Brookfield Residential – further define Ontario as one of the most advanced cities in the U.S. for providing technology that vastly improves everyday life for residents.

To participate, register online for $20, with all proceeds being donated to Ontario-Montclair Promise Scholars and the Youth Empowerment Scholarship. This award-winning program is designed to assist Ontario-Montclair youth by helping prepare them in their journey towards a college education, and the Youth Empowerment Scholarship (Y.E.S.), giving Ontario children from low-income families the opportunity to participate in recreation programs and classes.
