Hockey lovers, enjoy a great night at the rink and support the Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California! The Ontario Reign is hosting the first-ever “Hockey Fights Cancer” Night on November 3rd at 6 p.m. at the Citizens Business Bank Arena. The American Cancer Society is presenting this special event, and proceeds from ticket sales help fund programs for families in our community who have a child battling cancer. It’s also a giveaway night, and the first 5,000 fans will receive Active Socks. Be there, have fun and make a difference!
West Coast is coming to Norco on October 6th! Buy your tickets now for Boots in the Park, hosted by the Backyard at SilverLakes, and get ready for live performances by some of the world’s biggest country music mega stars, including Billy Currington. Thousands of classic car lovers from across the country and around the world are gearing up for the annual Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion! On September 21st and 22nd, downtown Ontario’s historic block of Euclid Avenue will be the center of vintage automobiles and motorcycles, plus live entertainment, kids activities, and tons of food vendors. New events for 2018 include the West End Animal Shelter, which will be onsite, amazing tribute bands, extended hours and much more! The city of Ontario is hosting a fun-filled day to celebrate the Fourth of July at Westwind Park. Festivities start early with a parade at 9 a.m., followed by the Blast at the Ontario Town Square, a live band performance of patriotic songs. The All-States-Picnic, a cherished Ontario tradition is also happening, so pack your picnic basket and don’t miss it! From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. you will enjoy live entertainment, bouncers, games and food vendors. A spectacular fireworks show is the grand finale. Admission is free, see you there!
THE AUTO SHOW Inland Empire is making its debut May 16th-18th at the Ontario Convention Center. A dazzling array of vehicles will include 18 brands from BMW, Honda, and Mercedes-Benz. Select manufacturers’ cars will also be available for test drives. A special collection of rare and vintage automobiles from a privately owned museum will be on display. Bring family and friends, because this event will have something for everyone! The Southern California Golf Association will be teeing-up a hands-on golfing experience and a children’s play area will have interactive entertainment.
Aviation buffs will not want to miss the Planes of Fame Air Show in Chino on May 5th and 6th, when 40+ historic aircraft will be performing and on display. Highlights will include P-47 Thunderbolts, P-38 Lightnings, P-51 Mustangs, A-10 Thunderbolt and Heritage Flight, Sean Tucker Aerobatics, and many others! There will also be a special panel discussion with some of our nation’s honored veterans, a Kids Zone, food, vendors and more!
