Hockey lovers, enjoy a great night at the rink and support the Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California! The Ontario Reign is hosting the first-ever “Hockey Fights Cancer” Night on November 3rd at 6 p.m. at the Citizens Business Bank Arena. The American Cancer Society is presenting this special event, and proceeds from ticket sales help fund programs for families in our community who have a child battling cancer. It’s also a giveaway night, and the first 5,000 fans will receive Active Socks. Be there, have fun and make a difference!
The New Haven Marketplace has broken ground, and that’s very exciting news for Ontario Ranch residents! Shops, dining and services will be just a short walk from home, and will include Stater Bros., Chase Bank, Carl’s Jr., Dunkin’ Donuts, Kona Cleaners, and more. Farmhouse-inspired architecture will complement the community’s ambiance, and there will be spaces and places to socialize, relax and play. Public art will also be on display to inspire conversation and Instagram pics! The highly anticipated New Haven Marketplace will span approximately 95,000 square feet, and is scheduled to open fall 2019. Stay tuned, great stuff is always happening!

Enjoy a fun-filled autumn day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with great activities for the kids, pumpkin painting, food and retails vendors, a petting zoo, zip line, mechanical bull, inflatables and much more! The event is free, but unlimited wristband and tickets can be purchased at the onsite information booth.
Thousands of classic car lovers from across the country and around the world are gearing up for the annual Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion! On September 21st and 22nd, downtown Ontario’s historic block of Euclid Avenue will be the center of vintage automobiles and motorcycles, plus live entertainment, kids activities, and tons of food vendors. New events for 2018 include the West End Animal Shelter, which will be onsite, amazing tribute bands, extended hours and much more! This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, see you there!
This nationwide campaign to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie is observed annually on the first Tuesday in August. Millions of Americans across the country have been inspired to participate in National Night Out, which strives to bring people together to cultivate stronger ties and safer communities, create awareness for drug prevention programs, town watch, and more! The city of Ontario will be participating on August 7th, so join a local National Night Out event near you!

The city of Ontario is hosting a fun-filled day to celebrate the Fourth of July at Westwind Park. Festivities start early with a parade at 9 a.m., followed by the Blast at the Ontario Town Square, a live band performance of patriotic songs. The All-States-Picnic, a cherished Ontario tradition is also happening, so pack your picnic basket and don’t miss it! From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. you will enjoy live entertainment, bouncers, games and food vendors. A spectacular fireworks show is the grand finale. Admission is free, see you there!
Summer is here and that means fun in the sun! The newest private recreation spot, New Haven’s Cherry Park is now open. It’s the perfect place to lounge poolside or picnic with favorite neighbors. Get some fresh air and exercise for a good cause! Sign-up today by yourself or get a team of friends together for the MK 5K & 10K Run/Walk on April 22nd. The races kick-off at 8 a.m. at Eastvale Community Park. The route is stroller friendly, but no dogs allowed. There will also be a 1-mile kid run. Register by March 31st to get your swag bag and other great stuff! Event proceeds benefit the charity work of the Mary Kay Foundation.
One of the most entertaining shows of its kind, Stunt Dog Experience features an exceptional cast of professional performers and talented pound pups! Audiences of all ages will love watching more than a dozen dogs that have been rescued from shelters perform during this high-energy, interactive show that also helps raise awareness for pet adoption. Fantastic four-legged cast members entertain with amazing tricks, comedy antics and dancing. Performances are at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center on March 31st, tickets range from $16 to $20.
